Habitat Hotel All Suites - Jeddah

We spent one night at on if the hotel suite during Ramadan, we like the room size and the suhour good , the staff are friendly in General, thank you and we will come back with more friends, the internet connection good too, the housekeeping staff are friendly too they are wellin to serive with a great pleasure

Close to the airport and exhibition centre but far from the centre of Jeddah so best to know the purpose of your trip before selecting this hotel. The hotel is a little worn out however the staff is friendly and nice. One positive is that the rooms are large.

a pleasant, friendly hotel, close to the exhibition center of Jeddah if you're participating in any fair there, and on the main road from the airport to the city, easy to find accessible. very spacious rooms, but make sure you ask for a room with a window.

You will always get a spacious suit here. However, they are all the same layout and as there is no window in the living area they are quite dark. If you get a suit facing the street then the sound of the road will hardly let you sleet at night as madinah road has traffic 24/7. The paid restaurants on the roof are ok but the breakfast is less the average - however it is included in the room rate. They do have a pool on the roof which I figured is not very nice and the gym is average and quite small. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Friends tell me that this used to be one of the top hotels in Jeddah and there are plenty of signs of past splendor in the hotel. The lobby area and the lifts are lavishly furnished with a lot of golden decor. Rooms are pretty spacious, and have luxurious furniture from the seventies. But it seems that the time has taken its toll on the furniture, the carpets and the hotel itself. Everything looks a bit tired and in need of maintenance and carries around 'old property' smell. The food at breakfast is okayish - they could do with improving the variety and quality of food available. The receptionists are polite and usually friendly, but do not seem to be in any sense of hurry to help you. Sometimes a simple check-out can last 10 minutes. And the hotel has rooms which have no windows. So if you are claustrophobic, make sure you ask for a room with a window when you check-in.

All hotel rooms are suites. But "living rooms" have no windows. hotel is located above furniture store offering pseudo baroque staff. Similar one is used in hotel rooms. Dinner buffet is OK but breakfast below expectations. E.g. coffee is available only as diy nescafe. Important issue is the cleanliness. Staff probably tried hard but carpets are really terrible. And lot of dirt on places out of first sight. Positive is the hotel's location - not too far from airport. And hotel has a nice gym. Room rates are high. So if company pays, why not for one night ... But definitely not as a personal choice.

Still they operate in a stone age. For the price charged the quality of rooms and facilities are below the required standard. No WIFI in today's time in rooms is unheard of. Asking for depoist to get internet wire connection and electrical plugin adaptor, unheard of in today's time. Breakfast facilities for the price being charged,below the internation norms. Do want to say anything more

I got the joniour suite and it was very spacious. The staff was nice and gave me late check out 3:00 pm

This Hotel is owned by an Old well respected furnisher showroom, the hotel is ok , rooms are very large, but the lobby and the corridor smells something bad, Breakfast is a 2 star hotel don't even try it.

The room was spacious well decorated and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is good value for money comparing to other same-leveled hotels.
