"nice hotel"

I have a problem when I checked out from hotel . I've been use my Visa card for reservation,and I got message from my bank that the hotel got the money. the reception's employer ask for my credit card again,said you have to pay for the room. I told him I already paid I showed him the bank message and I called my bank in front of him that the hotel already got the money .Also I showed him that I received email form the hotel,already got the money and if I cancel my reservation I can't get my money back. It's take's a lot of time to understand.

The hotel was nice and located in the very interesting area ... Near to the airport and major areas in Jeddah... The room contains of bed room and living area with small office and kitchen .... Was very quit like home really

"fantastic hotel staff"

it's the best hotel stay with really friendly staff. appreciate they went the extra mile with small talk and even when i was sick, and when i tried arranging transport. though the location was a bit further out from city centre, the staff made it up for it :)

"spacious and quite for families"

This hotel has a lot of classic furniture everywhere in the room, in the lobby, in the many lounges at each floor, very nice and huge lobby. Need to take better care of the carpet.
