"Disappointed"

I accidentally booked a single bed when my son and I were traveling and when I found out at the hotel it was a single bed, I asked to change and the hotel wouldn’t do it because it was booked through a second party. Even though there were plenty of rooms open, they couldn’t accommodate me. I was disappointed in their common sense rationale.

"Great place to stop over, or stay a few days."

When we arrived, we found that the property did not have an elevator to the second floor. My wife has bad legs and would have had a very difficult time with the stairs. They were able to put us in a ground floor room fortunately. I appreciate the change of rooms. This was very nice to be accommodated. The person manning the breakfast was very thoughtful and helpful.

"Wonderful staff and comfy beds too"

Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were great (especially hats off to exceptional worker, Gracie!)

I am not a fan of adjoining rooms, due to noise from next door. Perhaps staff could alert guests to that option when they check in.
