"Wonderful staff and comfy beds too"

Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were great (especially hats off to exceptional worker, Gracie!)

I am not a fan of adjoining rooms, due to noise from next door. Perhaps staff could alert guests to that option when they check in.

"This is the only place I stay when I go to Susanville."

Staff took care of my needs right away. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Breakfast is always a favorite.

Maybe a different variety of eggs.

There are not many nice places to stay in Susanville, but this place was much better than expected. I travel a lot, and while this isn't the Ritz, it was great for the price paid in Susanville. I looked at other options, but settled on the Comfort Inn. It was clean, the staff was super nice. We had to call down for more sheets, and the gentleman at the front desk was very, very nice. The girl tending to the breakfast was working hard (there was a big group at the hotel when we stayed there), she kept the room clean and items were stocked quickly. I am picky about beds/mattresses, and they were just fine here. I got a good night's sleep. Stayed in room 138. Great place to stay if in the area!

Good location with plenty of parking

Took us 20+ minutes to find an employee, wake him up from sleeping at the conference table, and then he says “He can’t get computer to work”. I’m guessing he was intoxicated from his demeanor and his inability to program a door key.
