Quality Inn

Staff was "Good", however, I had to give "Service" a "Poor" rating due to the fact that "Amenities" list "Free buffet breakfast available daily" on Expedia's website, "Free Hot Breakfast" on Choice's website, "Hot Breakfast" on the sign leading to the hotel, a sign that lists "Fresh, HOT, and (I believe) Healthy" on the check-in desk AND a sign on the microwave in the breakfast area that says "Hot". I walked into the breakfast area our 1st morning and was meant with NO hot breakfast/buffet. I asked the desk attendant and was informed they do not serve a hot breakfast at all. I told her that is why I booked at this hotel, while she did “apologize”, she offered no other comment. I feel lied to, not mislead, outright lied to. This is FALSE Advertisement and ruined what would have otherwise been a very good experience. Other issues were that the ice machine and apparently the washing machine was broken.

Cable and WiFi didn’t work and staff was overwhelmed.

Room was exceptionally clean with a nice personal invitation from the maids to "enjoy my stay." Very pleasant staff desk, with a wonderful TV that even included my fav station TCM. Wonderful stay, great night sleep, and a beautiful sunrise to wake me in the morning. And yeah, the hotel sits on a hilltop overlooking 75 south, another great view.

There was no "Quality" at this Quality Inn. Old building with loose conduits and sagging cables. Poor mounting of security cameras and fixtures. Dated mattress in room. Exposed electrical wiring in bathroom.

Reserved rooms 3 months in advanced, they gave them away. Put us in rooms with no Wi-Fi, and no towels. had to go to office to get them. Said they would give us discounts . They didn't'. Would not stay here again if they were free.

Very old. Paint was peeling, bath was dirty, needed upgraded. Cheap price but you get what you pay for.

Older hotel, room was clean, bed was good. Continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, but the property is uninhabitable. The rooms smelled of urine and cigarettes. The bedding was filthy, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned in ages, there was no cold water (only scalding hot), and the phones and TV didn’t work. There were cobwebs and bugs in the corners. Find another hotel.

Outstanding customer service, room was clean.

The bed was very comfortable
