"Good"

The lobby was decorated so nicely for the holiday. Staff were very friendly. The room was remodeled, but not completed. Wires were hanging along the wall from the tv and such. Unsafe for younger children in our opinion. One drawer was missing a handle. Things like that. We heard the train go by several times due to the location. Otherwise, our room was quiet. Sadly, we found that booking through Expedia was $$$ more expensive than the rate that night and we could have saved over $40 by booking direct with the hotel.

"Bait and switch"

My stay was comfortable, yet a huge compromise. I felt their advertising on Hotels.com is a bait and switch. The rooms look nothing like advertised. The only authentic photo is of the exterior of the building. The breakfast area and downstairs reception area also look nothing like the photos on Hotels.com

Staff was very pleasant. Checkin was quick & easy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to get excited over. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not completely clean, with urine at the base of the toilet. Not something you want to overlook. Other than the urine, it was a nice stay.

"Cozy updated space for a great price!"

Recently renovated and so cozy! Hallways are nice and home feeling. Room is modern and updated. Soft lighting options available throughout the room- book reading lamp on nightstands, small and large lamps, light strip along bed frame. Everything feels clean and up to date when you walk in. I stayed in a King suite and it was nice having a big bed with a couch and walk in area. Unfortunately the pool is being renovated so that was unavailable. Also, there’s no weights in the fitness room, just cardio equipment. That could be added. I got a king suite for $77/night on Priceline and the place was a steal! Especially compared to paying over $100/night for a bad stay at Holiday Inn Lexington with old rundown rooms and building.
