J'ai aimé tout, d'ailleurs j'ai prolongé mon séjour à deux reprises, le personnel de l'hôtel en gros étaient très serviable surtout à la réception, UN GRAND MERCI à Mr Fayçal, Mlle Mounia et Mlle Fatah ils étaient hyper gentils et à l'écoute, l'ambiance était magnifique avec des animateurs qui donnent de la joie et de l'énergie positif.

Еда - очень разнообразно, выбор великолепный! Территория - огромная, места каждому найдутся, нет толкотни ни у бассейна, ни на море на пляже.

1. В обед поспать в номере, в первом и втором корпусах, которые окнами выходят к бассейну - не возможно! Очень шумные анимации, конкурсы, музыка 2. В ресторане, в котором питаются все люди (не рестораны по брони) с потолка в тарелку течет конденсат из кондиционеров! Не очень приятно сидеть за таким столиком 3. Мебель в номере и особенно входная дверь в номер - мягко сказать давно требуют замены (проживали в номере 1122, первый корпус)- у двери плесень снизу и всё дерево от влажности испорчено! 4. За территорией отеля совершенно отсутствует жизнь - ощущение, что люди существуют только в отелях на побережье 5. Мы не смогли забронировать столик ни в одном из трех ресторанов а-ля-карт на ближайшие 3 вечера, которых у нас было в отеле - так как все было занято! 6. В первом корпусе не работал лифт, поднять чемоданы на второй этаж пришлось пешком! Никто не предложил помощь из сотрудников ни за деньги, ни бесплатно! Потом мы поняли почему так))) 7. При раннем чек-аут, как было у нас - не предусмотрен ланч-бокс! Предложили вечером накануне набрать с собой еды с ужина и взять с собой на след день! Ну это явно не сервис 5-ти звезд! 8. Если вы не курите (как мы!) - будьте готовы к тому, что сосед на балконе через перегородку курит и весь «аромат» от сигарет достается и вам тоже!
