Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. The all-inclusive food felt more like a crowded cafeteria than a proper dining experience. The quality and variety were disappointing, and meals were not enjoyable. The bathroom was poorly maintained. The silicone seals around the shower were old, dirty, and clearly in need of replacement. This gave the bathroom an unhygienic appearance. The hotel advertises itself as being close to the beach, but the path leading there is just a poorly maintained dirt road with litter scattered around. Instead of investing in proper maintenance, guests are left walking through an unpleasant area. The entertainment was extremely boring. The same activities and music seemed to repeat over and over, sometimes for an entire hour, offering very little enjoyment or variety. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, nobody was able to help. The manager simply stated that there was nothing they could do. Overall, this hotel did not deliver the quality, service, or experience that you would expect for the amount of money charged. I would not recommend staying here and would definitely not return.
