What an absolute gem. Everything was absolutely spotless and the Conwy suite had a lovely little window that you could see the castle from. Breakfast was great, with everything you might need.

The staff were lovely. We had an issue, and this was resolved quickly.

The cooked buffet breakfast was cold most days.

Our room had a beautiful sea view, the bed was comfy, plenty of wardrobe space. The room was quiet despite the hotel being busy and we slept well. Lovely breakfast and extremely friendly/helpful staff both on reception and in breakfast room. Great parking too. Overall I would stay again.

The shower could do with re-grouting and also would be nice if toiletries were provided but for the price paid we were happy.
