Fabulous location, staff were lovely and welcoming. Comfy beds and nice waking up to tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was lovely.

Clothes and food found in the draws from previous customers. TV was a little small.

Location excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Room was very hot, and as it was a 3rd floor room and couldn't open the windows, we requested a fan which sounded like a pneumatic drill. We then noticed it had not been PAT tested for 8 years!!!! One morning at breakfast there were 2 staff on who were running about like mad. Food ran out, no plates, uncleared tables, it was a bit of a joke. Management need to sort this staffing issue out.

Staff lovely, studio apartment lovely, king sized bed super comfy, kitchenette very well equipped and very clean. Excellent location. Breakfast was excellent.

Some negative reviews about the facilities and upkeep but everything was fine so not sure what everyone is complaining about. All that was needing to be done was to put new wall paper in the bedroom. Besides that everything else was in perfect working order. Rooms do get quite hot as all hotels do in the UK summer so make sure to bring a fan. Would be nice if this would be provided by the hotel. Also parking seemed to be quit limited but did manage to find a spot

Location was perfect. About 400 metres from the beach and in a quiet area off the main road.Reception area large with a decent amount of seating. Large dining area,and a reasonable breakfast with choice of English or fruit. Always wish for better coffee though. Didn't have an evening meal,but the menu looked good with something for everybody. Our bedroom with sea view was spacious, and comfortable bed. Good size bathroom,but does need shower updating,so so small,difficult to wash legs. It was a very hot couple of days and they provided me a fan,and it was quiet👍

Location wasn't bad. Hotel is rundown and staff aren't at all welcoming.

Run down, toilet wouldn't flush, tap wouldn't stop leaking. Wallpapers of walls coming off. Noisy at night, like up until 3am. Asked reception if could be replenish our rooms, said they wouod but both room weren't. Asked for toilet roll and towels, still nothing after half hour. Had to go down and ask again.
