Location excellent. Staff attentive but discrete. Convenient location and parking great. Breakfast excellent.

Rooms a little outdated - but very clean and bathroom excellent.

Breakfast was well stocked, and the evening meal was fantastic (curry). The staff were polite and helpful. Apartment had instructions on where to find everything.

Car park spaces were poorly aligned, so other guests had difficulty parking.

The chef was amazing, food delicious and even came out to ask how the food was. Huge respect for him. Also, the bar man when I arrived was dreadful but the lady who was taking over from his shift was fab

So, ordered a king size sea view, was welcomed to a king car park view, changed rooms but no king bed, was two singles. I booked dinner b&b but dinner served in bar and the man was just like a ghost, non receptive and looked offended id asked for a drink let alone dinner. He had no idea a out the dbb offering and reluctantly went off to find out. In the night, not hotels fault but someone smoking cannabis circulating in our room with my daughter and no phone in the room to contact staff.

Good parking, nice restaurant on site esp if you like Indian food. Good location.

Rooms extremely dated, shower didn't work properly room was very tierd and desperately need updating and freshening up. Booked 3 rooms on one booking yet separated not ideal with 2 teenagers. Hotel in general needs a face-lift inside.

It was in a quiet part of Criccieth and old building that has been remodelled. It's a little dated but clean and tidy with really friendly staff. The only downfall was we were on the third floor with lift only going to the second! Great vies over Snowdonia being the compensation.
