Friendly staff especially Hadil and the entertainment team was amazing. my kids enjoyed the stay so much. The food is delicious and varied the restaurant staff are welcoming and very helpful. The guest relation staff are wonderful especially Mr Samir who was incredibly friendly and helped us through every request quickly and with a big smile.

Struttura molto grande e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort. Estremamente pulite. Ci sono molte piscine, bar e spazi comuni, oltre che una spiaggia privata e una palestra. Il punto forte della struttura è il personale: sempre professionale e sorridente, e disponibile ad aiutarti! Un grazie in particolare ai camerieri: Khadil, Hatem, Zhouner e Chokri, per averci fatto sentire come a casa! E ovviamente un altro grazie a Samir per aver accontentato ogni nostra richiesta! Buffet internazionali molto vari e buoni, che soddisfano ogni palato

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service du personnel est excellent: professionnel et très agréable, on ne manque de rien. Le restaurant est exceptionnel, aurant en choix qu'en qualité et en hygiène, du matin au soir La piscine est vraiment top, tout autant que la thalasso/spa. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

It was a Mother's Day gift for mom ,and everything was wonderful.she was extremely happy with the upgrade to a suite :)

"It was ok but most likely won’t go back."

The staff was great.

Set up for the food. The rooms were fine but it was loud and the curtains didn’t go to the floor and let light in. The beach bar had only beer.
