10 stars go to Samir who managed that the rooms were ready at 9am already and mostly he is the one that cares most to solve an issue if there is any. He also handles stuff like laundrey even it is not his task that the express deadline is respected. 10 stars for animation team.,they really try that we are not bored.every year a good team

What was really dissapointing Food and overall kitchen managment 2* if this doesnt improve than it doesnt deserve the 5stars. -old bread all the time -raw meat -the omlette if i say only cheese than without mushrooms and persil and this is why you use two bowls one for omlette mix and one without vegetables -also the way they make the eggs depends on their mood -cooked eggs people found some that are raw completely not even cooked at all -one of two broken coffee machine -whenever there is more people no plates and cups mostly broken on the bottom -mlawi outside baked inside raw because she comes at 8h and then is rushing with the pastry which needs time to bulbe -croissant and pastry it was always warm uped 1day old minimum -warm food repeating all the time at least Tunisia has vegetable that are cheap.and should always be very fresh The sweets and cakes whoever delivers are great and best part of the buffet. The hotel should consider some other coffee machines or powders the one served at the pool especially is more water than coffee Cleaning was o.k except they like to skip some details even we are very clean clients.Also there was an unnecessary mess on the day of Eid we were absent the whole day from 8am until 6pm that day we came the room was not made and both papers were hanging outside.So either no disturb or make my room but not both.Was stupid they claimed we hanged both papers outside. Also paying 20dinars to enter the beach is also strange handling.

Everything was wonderful. Tahir is the best luggage man.

Nous avons aimé le buffet varié et de qualité, l'emplacement ainsi que le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Je souhaite citer notamment Samir, Sihem ainsi que mademoiselle Hadil serviables forts aimables et sans qui notre séjour aurait moins agréable.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié du tout la literie, la taille de la piscine bien trop petite pour un hôte de cette taille et pour un 5 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas aimé l'eau glaciale de la piscine ni la petite piscine intérieure vers laquelle l'ensemble de l'hôtel se rue pour son eau chaude.

Buffet matin/midi/soir parfait avec beaucoup de choix et de changement !! Emplacement parfait seulement 5 minutes à pieds de la médina ou de commerce pour se balader. L’hôtel nous a surclassé dans une suite à notre arrivée c’était vraiment très agréable surtout avec 2 enfants en bas âges. L’équipe est très sympathique et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est très pratique, accès direct à la plage. Piscine très sympa.

Pas de wifi à la piscine, pas de wifi à la plage. Beaucoup de bruit à la piscine avec l’équipe d’animation. Le kids club est vraiment limité en activité, aucun encadrement dans la salle de kids clubs c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’équipe pour pouvoir organiser des activités dans la salle avec les enfants. Dommage que la réception ne nous ait pas informé lorsqu’ils nous ont donné les tickets que le Carthage land soit impossible d’accès aux enfants de - de 95cm. Nous avons perdu la matinée 🤦‍♀️
