Nothing. It was terrible

The rooms have mold in them I took pictures. Very out dated and dirty walls They're dirty and rude and there's all these hidden fees on top of it. They will not work with you to cancel it's awful and booking is no help.

The restaurants and food were good, a little pricey, but quality was on par with the value.

Upon arrival, the staff was less than kind nor accommodating to our group. Once I entered my own room, the carpet had some stains, the walls were scuffed up all over, and it was musty. I was able to cool the room down, but then came my first soak in the tub. I went to drain it and a lot of it came back in through the grate and flooded the bathroom. The shower also has no door or curtain so that would ALSO flood the bathroom. No wonder there was mold! Aside from the restaurants, I would never step foot back in that facility ever again. Oh and the shop? Very little option, not worth the money.

For the price that we paid for the room it was extremely disappointing, there was mold in the bathroom by the tub which is a health concern, the walls were filthy along with the rug in the room.

The room was amazing. Spacious, large windows yet private, nice relaxing decor. The quality and range of the breakfast buffet was superb.

Not able to swim in the sea in front of the hotel. Perhaps it was for safety/legal reasons, but maybe a netted-off swimming area could be established.

הגענו למלון בעיקר בגלל הבריכה , הגענו וראינו את הבריכה מלוכלכת וכששאלנו אמרו לנו שהיא סגורה עד חודש הבא. הופתענו מאוד כי זה לא צוין לנו קודם . דיברנו עם פקידי הקבלה על האכזבה והציעו לנו כפיצוי להכנס לבריכת התינקות (אנחנו שני אנשים מבוגרים ללא ילדים ) בחדר אוכל אוכל יפני מסורתי ולא מתאים לכולם . החדרים והמלון עצמו לא מתוחזקים , ישנים, ישן ורואים סימנים של רטיבות וכדומה . מיטה לא נוחה בכלל סך הכל החוויה לא טובה בכלל
