料理が美味しかった。

まず、アクセスが非常に悪い。 繁華街からも離れており、渋滞が多くある。 近くに病院等もなく、何かあれば１時間以上かけないと病院がない。 ホテル内にATMやコンビニもない。 チェックインやアウトのお迎えもなく、全て自身で対応。 たくさんのリゾートに泊まりましたが、せっかくの施設なのに残念な点が多かった。

宿泊前のbooking.comのメッセージ機能でのやりとりが明確で親切な案内であったこと。 宿泊客への案内がかなり丁寧にされていると感じた。 スイートだったためか部屋での朝食も可能とのことで、チェックアウトまで部屋でゆっくりできてよかった。

特にないが、最初案内された部屋タイプ(ジュニアスイート)が予約していた部屋タイプ(ルイガンズスイート)と違うものだった。 フロントへ尋ねたところ、手違いがあったことを謝罪され、スムーズに部屋を変えていただいたので宿泊に問題はなかった。
