Excelente hotel. El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Dos habitaciones, camas cómodas. El Balcón y la vista al mar espectacular. Playas lindas y tranquilas. Desayuno delicioso. Buen servicio.

Spend 4 days with my family and we ha pleasant time, nice and friendly people working there.

Only thing going for this property is the size, it is spacious, everything else? Well read below. 1) no hot water, told the reception, they said ok. As is thanks for letting them know and that's it. 2) dust, hair and everything else below all furniture 3) somehow room service comes and take the towels away! Have to go down everytime to get towels. 4) to service what's so every, had to take my 7 bags luggage up by myself. 5) one roach in the bathroom. 6) outdoor cheap and broken furniture is used inside the apartment. 7) have to walk through a parking to speak with the managment office. They are rude, the managment is. The staff such as breakfast and laundry, they are very kind. Tried to simplify it as much as possible.

El edificio está bien ubicado. Pero el servicio es pésimo. Estuvimos hospedados 5 días y durante los 5 días pedimos que nos solucionen el agua caliente que no funcionaba y nunca lo hicieron. Las sábanas estuvieron sucias y manchadas. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy malo y con poca variedad. Finalmente llamamos a reportar que alguien que había ingresado al departamento cuando nosotros no estábamos pero nadie hizo absolutamente nada. El servicio es pésimo.

Excelentes, nos gusto mucho, pero del baño que estaba afuera de la habitación salía un olor, no tenía las toallas. La joven que nos atendió fue un poco atenta.

I loved having a whole apartment. the office is located in the parking garage, which i wish i had known when i got there, while i was there the key card reader battery died so i had to keep going down to get a key to get in and return it back to the office, and also one of the elevators stopped working so it was only one for everyone. but i loved the location and walking to the beach was about 5 minutes! there is a store across the street as well that carries everything you could need so that was super helpful, the breakfast was small, so we decided to just cook ourselves in the apartment
