"Ok uncomfortable "

Falling apart. No hot water none. Shower handle fell off no water for half day. In room safe never opened without maintenance assistance. Nothing on tv. Charged for cleaning. Minimal towels

The property made me pay the full amount in cash, again, they said orbitz never paid them. I showed them proof at check in and they said if i did not have proof from the bank i needed to pay again. I felt taken advantage of and still have not been refunded.

😍 wow i love this hotel..simple beautiful...my family enjoy every single day..just from the morning with super breakfast to the sunset...nice view from the top building cartegena is top place for real, castillo grande safe place thank mr Rafael and his crew super professional people.

Rafael in the office helped us a lot, he is so kind and understanding. We dont speak Spanish and had hard time confirming our activities and Rafael apoke to them amd used his cellphone to communicate to us. He also made contacts for our Covid test since it was Holy week and clinics were close but everything was possible with fhe help of Rafael. Of course, dining and security were great. Thank you so much.
