Обслуживание и еда в ресторане оставляет желать лучшего...((((
Очень плохое обслуживание! Все сотрудники работают как будто первый день. При заезде без карточек от номера (так как не работал их сервис) привели в номер без света и предложили подождать полчаса. В отеле вообще нет ванных принадлежностей кроме средств для душа и шапочек. Уборка номера ужасная! Стаканы не мыли 3 дня, не приносили часть полотенец. В комнате нет темных штор.

Very good location and big rooms. Good House keeping. However, the services are pathetic. Reception desk and restaurant needs overhaul. Service requests remain unattended for hours. Many front desk people don't understand English language and disconnect the call when you talk to them. Breakfast is very bad. Dried oranges, carrots and cabbage on breakfast table is pain! looks they are there for days. The hotel administrator asks for passports from your guests and hotel asks for additional money if your guest stays beyond 11.00 pm. How can one celebrate new year evenings like that! Overall, not customers friendly.

В номере было холодно, а обогреватели закончились.
Very clean and comfirtable. the restaurant was amazing. Best carbonara outside of Italy I've ever had. Full breakfast. Excellent. Coming here again.
