Ona Benidorm Poniente

A spacious comfortable well equipped apartment surrounded by greenery. It is out of the centre. A brisk walk to the beach takes 20 minutes and 40 minutes will take you to the walking street.. Very limited facilities on site so purchase your food supplies before you arrive.

We looked pierre and vacancy avante but some how got poniente which was not cleaned to a high standard and pools closed this place as nothing to do at it and a long walk from beach and taxis are 10£ so can be costly the bar had no entertainment

I have been in a lot of hotels and this is hands down the worst hole I’ve ever seen,we were staying from the 18th of October to the 22nd and ended up checking out on the 19th,first of all we arrived late and whilst checking in my wife needed the toilet but had to escorted through the gym to a unisex toilet and the security guard who done this spoke very little English but insisted on staying in with her,so she opted to wait until we checked in,the decor and finish is reminiscent of a run down hospital,when we arrived at our room the air conditioning was on full blast and couldn’t be turned off,when I complained at reception I was told it would be fixed in the morning,so seeing my mother in law wrapped in towels in the middle of the night as well as the paper thin bed clothes was annoying,the walls of the apartment was covered in what looked like skid marks!!!! They hit you for a €200 deposit so make sure you point out any faults with the room,cos there is plenty,as they will use any excuse to hold this cash! Only stay here if you are absolutely desperate!!! AVOID!

El apartamento está bien, pero el problema fue las sábanas que aunque lavadas estaban con manchas que ya no se van, tenían que reciclar las y no ponérselas a los siguientes. Y más cuando hay que dejar una fianza por posibles desperfectos. Varios días con problemas con el agua, incluso el último día no nos pudimos ni duchar para marcharnos. Por lo demás el apartamento es amplio y se puede aparcar bien.

Not very good for familys poor food and not a good selection one bar man was lovely the other one had a stinking attuide drinks very expensive 20 min walk to the beach with young children.. taki back as its all up hill 10 miniute walk to nearest shop. As they had no shop on site Pool to deep for young children beds very uncomfortable did not sleep whole week nothing for children..pool bar area open 1 day in whole week loads of stag party's very loud through the nights. we had a very bad ant problem.. we had no trouble with the deposits we made sure last day we cleaned it through.. appartments are modern and clean.. overall not good for us will not stay there again but good for young couples or stags or hens that want some where to crash.. but we loved benidorm what a beauitfull place

Aside from its less than ideal location this is not a bad place to stay at all if you're on a tight budget. The apartments are comfortable, clean and well appointed (our apartment had a dishwasher of all things) the staff are friendly and helpful. Bring a travel kettle and drink sachets if you are arriving late and want a coffee without having to venture to the very reasonably priced cafe in the morning.

Apartments are spacious and spotless; helpful staff; good bar with nice basic food at a reasonable cost. Kettle and toaster available at reception. All guests are lovely and it’s a lovely location . Everyone we spoke to was impressed by the apartments despite initial reservations due to negative reviews. All I’ve met state that they will return. The only downside is that the bus drops you off at the bottom of a hill so I’d recommend an airport transfer if anyone has any walking difficulties. It’s €6 in a taxi to the old town and 10 to the new town. Hotel staff are happy to call taxis Weather is fantastic and we’ve had a fantastic time. We will definitely return

Just came back from a 5 night stay here and have to say after reading some reviews was a bit worried but needn't of as these appartments were spot on as were the staff would deffinately recommend and we will be back

Résidence à l'écart du centre de Benidorm mais devant laquelle est situé un golf avec pelouses marres et arbres, donc un environnement apaisant calme et très agréable. Les appartements sont dotés de larges balcons et sont relativement spacieux.
