Minha filha sempre fica neste hotel. Só posso dizer que o Hotel é FANTÁSTICO!!!

as always Benidorm is what it is...all yu want for a weekend with the lads..as far as this hotel, it was realy good,. .the staff were brilliant and helpful, the only down side was that we got dropped in the middle of now where and didn't have a clue where to go, after wandering around for an hour at 11 pm ..we met a group heading to the same place and we were sorted...…. so do not book a shuttle service to here, stick to a taxi ..but can not fault the hotel

Well I don’t know where to start. Myself and my friend decided to book a last minute get away after a pretty shocking year. We found this holiday on EasyJet holidays. Hotel, flights and transfers all for £200 for a 5 night stay. We booked it immediately without reading any of the reviews. After booking it, all paid for, we read the reviews.....my anxiety was deacon 1!!! Money stolen, shocking location, horrible staff. Literally the worst reviews you could imagine!! Fast forward to our arrival. You are dropped off on the main road as the bus can’t fit up the road. U literally have to walk 5 minutes on the pavement adjacent to a beautiful golf course to the hotel. Receptionist is lovely. She welcomes u with a big smile, explains everything, explains how to get to the beach and what the opening hours are for food and drinks...yes, that’s right, there IS A BAR AND THERE IS FOOD!! Ok, food and drinks stop at 9pm but that’s when u should be heading out to see the beautiful sights of old town. U can walk to old town in 10 minutes along the prom, stopping in the lovely bars that overlook Poniente beach. New town is 30 minutes walk or €10 in a taxi. I am currently sat outside THE OPEN POOL BAR drinking a very nice alcoholic beverage whilst I write this review. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with this hotel. No money has been stolen, staff are more than friendly and go above to make sure ur stay is pleasant. Today is our last day here. Tomorro our flight home is 23:45, we are t getting picked up until 8pm. The hotel is allowing us to use facilities to shower and will keep our luggage safe in a hold for us until we leave. Myself and my friend are 37 years old so have enjoyed old town and new town. I will be booking again and bringing my daughter with me next time as this is also suitable for children. There is a pool table, a pool and 10 minutes away is the beach. Don’t believe bad reviews, this has been one of the best holidays we have been on. Cheap, cheerful and exceeded our expectations. Now I’m off to enjoy my last day by the pool and will be enjoying the many bars, shows and restaurants tonight that are 10 minute walk away from this hotel.

Staff are amazing and helpful just some other things about the hotel that let it down. Such as having to take your rubbish to a bin out of the premises and having to ask for a kettle which isn't great. Pool bar was only open once in our 4 days there.

Vista panoramica eccellente...e receptionist veramente cordiali. Manutenzioni scarse con qualche pecca su vettovaglie e stoviglie...porta salone panoramica impossibile da chiudere con sicurezza . rubinetto non fissato con cause di versamento acqua nel mobile cucina.

Bella vista sul golf di fronte all’hotel, camere ampie e funzionali. Divano letto scomodo e rumoroso, ante dei mobili da oliare. Si potrebbero prolungare gli orari del bar. Sarebbe anche comodo un servizio navetta per il mare che dista circa 25 minuti a piedi.

En general todo muy bien. El apartamiento limpio, amplio y bien equipado. Íbamos con mascota y a la entrada te dan un pequeño kit para ella como detalle además, nos tocó un apartamento con una de las terrazas más amplias y disfrutó muchísimo cosa que para nosotros es súper importante. Por poner una pega la piscina un poquito pequeña y un pelin alejado de las cosas pero dando un paseo se llega a todo. Para repetir.

Un lujo de emplazamiento, tranquilo, ideal para familias, para descansar. Hay que valorar positivamente la amabilidad del personal. Para ir a la playa o al centro hay que desplazarse en vehículo e intentar aparcar después es toda una aventura, la ubicación estupenda, cerca de centro comercial, de la autopista, a tan solo 5 minutos de la playa, paradas de autobuses, un golf, pero esto es normal en Benidorm.
