"Good"

Motel was more dated than appeared in pictures. Is on a busy road (which we knew) but noise level between units is also high

"A good budget hotel"

From the front a rough diamond, inside the rooms are good , kitchen is very handy, for Christchurch , this is a very good budget hotel

"accommodating host at a clean place"

Spacious, kitchen had what we needed. Friendly, helpful host, who arranged a check in after midnight. Clean, though the property is older. Would stay again. A bit far from Canterbury museum but that seemed normal for chch.

"Good motel with modern facilities"

Good base for two night stay. Walkable to centre and very good pub/food nearby. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Bit noisy (traffic)
