location was good,

very dated apartment with parts falling apart inside, kitchen appliances in poor condition.

The location for Cooly Rocks is great. The heated spa. Reception staff were amazing during check in. Secure parking. Full size kitchen. Free wifi.

Ceiling fan in the main bedroom did not work. No climate control in bedrooms, only in main living area. Shower hose in main ensuite leaked terribly. More water came out of the hose then the shower head. No curtains to help block out ambient light from outside. Blinds just weren’t sufficient enough. Dead cockroach in the main living area.

Location

The place was tired and needed a good clean. Furniture the chairs didn't match the table. Couch was uncomfortable and the sheet used for mattress protector was dirty. Dirty cup in cupboard.

Good location with sea glimpses, relatively quiet at night. Appartment had everything we needed,

Location

Unit was clean and tidy. The location was definitely the best part, close enough to be able to walk to the beach and local establishments.

We arrived after hours and when we went to park someone was in our designated parking spot. The after hours number couldn’t offer much help, telling us to try the visitors parking or to park on the street if possible. They advised to speak with reception the following morning to rectify, however reception doesn’t open on weekends so this wasn’t possible. We were also sent a text later during our stay to ask for the car to be moved from the visitors parking but there was no follow up to get us a parking spot. This was a bit of an inconvenience but didn’t detract from our overall positive experience at the apartment.
