New Olympic Motel

Reception guy was so helpful. He stayed back for 2 hours for us to arrive on Christmas Night. to let us in iur room. The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay there.

The receptionist was very ordinary in her greeting but mellowed a little later. The Towel rack fell off the wall ,no big deal just a screw had not been tightened properly or came loose.Told the receptionist on checkout

On arrival guy at front desk was very unfriendly did not say holle,, just ask how are going to pay for this. Room smelled and not so clean. Anther thing I noticed was the strange men around. I would not stay again even if it close to town.

I have a mental illness as she well knew, as do many of the guests well paid for by the Government. We are all Homeless and trying to cope. She called the Police maliciously after I had left the Property. Re the KEY! she saw me throw it at her feet when I was safely off her territory. Other people saw what happened and reported to the Housing. So did I. I hope she took their and my criticism on board.

3 1/2 stars on Booking.com but I am being very generous by giving 3 stars. It is like stepping in to the 70’s. The room was clean but the linen felt tacky and not fresh. The bed was very hard. Good facilities in the room.

Good stay the New Olympic, just one night business trip but no problems at all.

Noisy air conditioner , street lights and garbage trucks during night didn't make for a good nights sleep

Lovely and clean, close to Main Street and Workers Club. Could be better with brighter light around mirrors.

Stayed for one night,motel was very very clean, close to workers club for our night out, beds were good, Still able to smoke outside room which was good and easy for us to chill. Only thing I could mention would be better lighting around mirrors to apply our faces. Lady manager was very nice and friendly to us. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
