The only thing negative is the heavy smoking at the entrance of the hotel that goes up to the elevator

The location was good near train station and lake shopping ect

The staff were super-friendly and helpful. My room was on the street so a little bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem. Nice breakfast delivered to my room and a very convenient location.

The property is an easy walk from the train station and very close to the River, with shopping and restaurants all along the route. The check-in person was friendly and helpful. The room has all one needs and should expect for the price point. My mini fridge was plugged in but did not seem to keep anything cold and I could not find a temperature adjustment wheel anywhere for that. I had a fan which made it possible to sleep comfortably. The only confusing thing I found was that the Hotel name is written on the back of the building that you come to first as you walk toward the river, as well as the front, but there is no back entrance. And when you enter, you need to go to the third floor to find reception, past church offices on the second floor. If you have had a long journey like I did, you will want to use the lift since the staircase winds and luggage gets heavier as you get more tired!

This was a perfect spot for our family. Super comfortable, clean, and convenient. Easy walk to the train station and the old town.

Is in a very good location. The front desk guy was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

If you need to stay in the center of Geneva, Tor hotel has the best location.A few minutes walk from the train station, the lake, restaurants and shopping. The bus terminal for day excursions is right in front of the hotel. The hotel may send you general communication in French, but if you have a specific inquiry by phone or email, they respond in English. it looks like a century building was converted into a hotel, it has an elevator and high ceilings. The room we got was good size with a full bathroom and a kitchen. The furinishings are not the newest, but all functional, the room was clean and the linens and towels are good quality. The continental breakfast was delivered to our room each morning, you have to let the reception know what time you want to eat. There is a little cafeteria right on the ground floor if you need a snack.

Some restrictions due to COVID-19 were annoying. But that's not the mistake of the owner. He was friendly ad helpful

only a couple of blocks of the waterfront, not far from the Geneva train station. Many restaurants and sights well within walking distance. I'd stay there again.

Really good location. It is not so comfortable but it is decent
