Amazing location, beautiful hotel, super breakfast and good price

When we arrived (a few hours AFTER check in time) we still couldn't check in because our room was not ready yet.

Gorgeous hotel with the loveliest staff. Beautiful decor honouring tradition, excellent location, breakfast is incredible, 24/7 tea availability is amazing. Filtered water is much appreciated! We stayed 5 nights prior and 2 most post a big 5D/4N trek. It was like coming home, everyone remembered us. The rooms are HUGE, the beds so comfy, and the hot water and heating a welcome delight. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel, it's perfect!

Cute, quiet, safe

Some cleaning days were missed and replenishing toilet roll forgotten.

Very close to Cusco centre and St Blas. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, as the reception is open 24/7 and they can keep your bags on check out. The room is super clean, good shower and a very comfortable bed! The building is also super cute. They offer teas throughout all days. The buffet breakfast is really tasty and there’s a good variety of food. We enjoyed our time here and it was very relaxing.

The hotel sent an email asking for feedback outside of Booking.com. It’s not so much that I didn’t realise I had authorised them to contact me (I left my email at check-in) but mainly the fact that email body states “Hey you have forgotten something” and my blood froze while at the airport… except it was a joke that continued “your opinion!”. Please change your email text and in general don’t submit unsolicited emails.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Tolle Betten. Sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Alles war in Ordnung.

The whole hotel looks great. Breakfast was delicious. The location is good as it’s 5-10 min away on foot from Plaza de Armas.
