"Sehr nahe am "Moskauer Bahnhof in einem Hinterhof."

Wenn man den genauen Weg kennt, ist es sehr nahe am Bahnhof. Aber leider ist das Hotel nicht unter der angegebenen Adresse am Nevsky Prospekt zu finden, sondern hat den Eingang in einer Parallelstr. Dazu mußte man in einem Geschäft fragen. Wenn man den Eingang hat, geht es über ein weniger einladendes Treppenhaus in den ersten Stock zum Hotel. Hier erwartet Dich eine freundliche Bedienung, und ein sehr gut renoviertes Hotel. Das Zimmer nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Sehr viele Restaurants in fussläufiger Entfernung.

Loistava sijainti Moskovan aseman vieressä, Henkikökunta ystävällistä sekä joustavaa. Lisäksi (venäläiseksi hotelliksi) runsas ja hyvä aamupala. Kaiken kruunasi hyvä sänky. Ainoastaan hotellin edessä ollut katuremontti häiritsi

"預定四間房有兩間空調故障"

總之就是訂了4間房，竟然就有2間空調故障，其一是燈號閃爍無法開啟，另一間一進房就沒遙控器，即使拿了遙控器還是無法開啟，當下立即跟櫃台反應，請隔天派人來修理，結果隔天還是完全一樣，一點誠意也沒有，即使聖彼得堡夏天夜晚仍涼爽，但還是會想使用空調調節室內溫度，當初就是看上旅館空調才預定的，即使他比周邊其他同級旅館稍貴一點，看來是沒有必要了，唯一好處就是地點而已，離莫斯科火車站很近
