The man at the front desk has horrible customer service. Not enough parking for people actually staying at the hotel and people parking over the blue hatch lines to separate and give space to the disabled parking spot. If I’m staying at your establishment I shouldn’t have to park at the next hotel over or down the street. Rooms not clean. Room smelled as well.
