"The room and bathroom was very dirty I found a pair of underwear under the table how did the cleaner miss them is beyond"

The staff were nice

That the room wasn't the cleanest there was urine around the toilet. The first nite TV worked we left to have easter with our family and comeback to our room not being g service and the TV did not work was strange to me . We ended up leaving a day early with no money back . Due to being a 3rd party.the strangest stuff ever.

Great stay with 5 other families, while skiing at Titus Mountain. Kids enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, and we really appreciated that the staff let us use the conference room each evening to play board games with our large group. Would return!

At check in I was notified that the hotel was overbooked for my room type. The front desk staff went above and beyond to get me a room that was comparable if not better than my original reservation. Hotel is clean, room is nice. Pool and hot tub area is quite large and very nice. Also has nice variety of complimentary breakfast items.
