Nikki Beach Resort & Spa

The location is very secluded for those who just want a relaxing trip and the views are amazing. Everything looked amazing but the food nightmare started on the same night I ordered a noodle soup but got fusili pasta instead. I tried telling to the waiter but he didn't understand and I was to hungry to complain even further. I tried to tell in the reciption next morning everything I got was "Thank you for telling us, sorry" no discount or refund... Then we tried ordering things from the menu one night but the kitchen said that there was a new menu and tried telling us over the phone what was available but we wanted to new menu so the connected us to the reception that came with the old menu so we called again after the new menu and the connected us to the reception again that said we needed to talk to the kitchen after waiting 2 hours we called again and wanted to talk to a manager because they seemed just to understand simple English (not the service staff fault so I won't write down their names) but they just came with the old menu again so we were so tired of this and went to another restaurant called orion nearby that was amazing. They should focus on getting better food service rather than scolding the staff in front of the guest just because a table was put in the wrong way? And they offered oss sparkling water for dinner and when the bill came is was 320 bhat? Unacceptable don't offer water and then bill it.

Wonderful staff, beautiful setting. The view from the pool is amazing.

We had great stay, large comfortable room with all needed facilities and great AC Lovely long pool in house guest only area Tranquil by night and busy by day general pool area Lovely beach and clean sea - very quiet Excellent breakfast and super restaurant - food was delicious and cocktails even better!

Our villa was nice though the higher priced Seaview was also in a noisier position. Breakfast lovely and in a lovely garden setting. Staff and service good. Noisy music playing throughout afternoon and evening, no day beds or anything on the beach, which seems odd for a beach club. Overall ok but a little tired and while it advertised it being a quiet place it is actually a party place and overpriced

The location the food the party everything was perfect!!!! But on the day of the party we didn’t have access to the pool and priority was the persons that weren’t guests of the hotel but had paid for the brunch party a law price ticket about 60 euro in comparison with the guests that had paid for their stay much more money

Great resort in Koh Samui. Food is very good service is amazing. Place was little empty cause if the slow season I guess. The decking around the main pool needs replacing. Other than that it was good time.

Local staff where very nice and pleasant but the international staff where a bit rude and arogant. Pool was ok but the beach was Not what u expect when traveling to Thailand. It was dark and dirty

Amazing resort. Rooms and views are beautiful. We stayed a few nights while traveling Thailand for our honeymoon. We happend to be there for the brunch on Sunday, it was a lot of fun, other then that Sunday the resort was pretty quiet and peaceful. Food was really good. There is nothing else really around so keep That in mind, beside a little market/store a Thai lady owes we walked to for a few things and got our laundry done for pretty cheap. But we didn’t feel the need for much while we stayed there, hotel had everything. Would definitely stay again.
