Nikki Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed at the garden villa which was beautiful, clean and big. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was great. I also enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming at the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

First of all I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Nikki Beach Spa Hotel, but more so to one person in particular ‘April’ I cannot remember a time when I was greeted so warmly or accommodated so cheerfully, thank you so much April for all your kindness and for going the extra mile you went to ensure my stay was outstanding. Thank you! The hotel itself was perfect for me, My garden villa which was just by the sea, Villa 103 was amazing and I could not have asked for more, cannot wait to stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Pool near the room was fine, the kids enjoyed it very much, and the centered pool was very nice. If you are willing to have party and music and meet other people- this is a great location at the centered pool. Everything in the pool is expensive (compared to other 5* hotel we visited) and the plates really small.

Great hotel with management staff here to help you make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel, the quality is not a 5* quality.

Great room, amazing food and highest of service in ko samui

It is 1 hr from airport. Lamai, Chaweng, Bo Phut are far.

Was a great resort with lovely staff. It’s only downfall is that unlike other resorts there are no extra benefits for being a guest. No discount on food and drink consumed there and you still have to buy a bed for the Sunday brunch. It would get 5/5 if there was some sort of discount for guests as it would make guests feel more appreciated.

Ocean View Penthouse was an amazing room. Great view from the room and balcony. The penthouse is a very good size and clean. The service however was not so great. We stayed for 5 nights and felt the menu is very limited especially if you would like to spend a lot of time at the hotel. Room service and restaurant menu exactly the same. My wife is a vegetarian and when we asked for some alterations to exsisting dishes on the menu the waiters would always refuse to make any changes as everything is prepared in advance. When you speak the manager they are happy to help and get things done. The staff didn’t seem so keen on providing service. Sunday Brunch is Amazing ! Not to be missed!
