Nikki Beach Resort & Spa

While Nikki beach Hotels are know to be based in exclusive locations (I have been to Miami, St Tropez and Dubai) however this one in Koh Samui has a rediculous and absurd remote location far away from any life or human being on the island on a completely deserted beach around 50min drive away from the center where the good restaurants and party places are... moreover the cheapest taxi to go to center for one way is around 30 dollars... while the hotel itself is cool, trendy and the rooms are clean and spacious however it doesn’t deliver any additional value versus other 5 stars in the island which are more centric, right on the beach and for the same price. The rooms of the hotel are so not private everyone and all can walk and pass by your “pool access” rooms and look into your room! In addition the rooms are a bit outdated, not to mention the warn down reception which looks like a 2 stars hotel! The hotel has only one restaurant with limited menu but they have good Sunday brunch and pool party... overall not worth to stay that far, you will not enjoy the stay when you figure out the long horrible drive you have to make to visit the cool spots on the island or simply to go have a decent meal somewhere. The hotel doesn’t offer any exquisite value which makes one stay that far from anything else in the island! Even the pool is just like any other pool out there ... Anantara, Banyan Tree or Celes ans maybe Four seasons are better options. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! STAY AWAY!

Quite disappointed. Weather wasn't great but there was nothing to do bear this resort. It's nice to look at but very boring . No entertainment ... very over priced food was horrible. Breakfast was under average!!!

Fantastic hotel, if you going for lads trip this ain’t the place (baring the Sunday morning brunch) as is far from Chaweng Beach, but if you going to unwind or romantic this place is perfect. Staff are friendly personable and remember your preferences.

Loved every single bit of this hotel! The beat stay ever. The room was garden view villa it was prefect near the beach sunbeds it was just amazing. Best hotel in koh samui caters for everyone.

We recently spent two nights here. We arrived off the ferry from donsak and phoned for a shuttle. Pick up was prompt but they charge for it which I’ve never experienced before. I found this strange especially as it is only a five minute drive (top!) from the ferry port. Check in was smooth, and the welcome lobby was, as you expect from the Nikki chain, very stylish and clean. Ice towels were much welcomed after a long journey. We were walked through the resort to our beach front ocean villa - wow! The view out to the ocean from the pool day beds will stay with me for a life time - only beaten by the view from our amazing room. We spent a couple hours having a drink by the pool and watching the sunset before getting ready for a meal with family and friends the other side of the island. Unfortunately, turn down service had managed to lock the door from the inside and it took up to five members of staff about an hour to fix this. This led to us missing dinner and the chance to call our kids which was distressing for my wife. Management to their credit were superb (after a slight misunderstanding over how long we were actually locked out for...) and wiped our bill, and as we’d missed dinner, gave us complimentary meal outside our room overlooking the sea which was absolutely fantastic. Could not fault the food (only myself for not ordering a more expensive bottle of wine seeing as it was a freebie!!) Amazing location, great views and sexy crowd. Would deforntely come again

Very Disappointed. For 2 bedroom, there is only one bathroom & toilet to be shared is very inconvenience.

It was my dream to stay at this hotel and I was not disappointed. The only let down was that I.t rained the entire time I was there and sadly I left before their “amazing Sundays brunch”. Outside of that being rained in I’m such a beautiful venue was not too hard to bare . The balconies are extremely spacious, everything is very luxurious including their lotus pillows which had me sleeping as if I were on a cloud. The only thing that would be nice would have been a little more lighting in the bathroom. They were definitely trying to keep the sexiest place in the world feel with the dim lighting but it was hard to see when applying makeup! Also, i was not aware that the hotel was on the total opposite side of the island where all the nightlife is located. So if your plan is to hit up the bars and clubs this is not the ideal location as a taxi ride there will be about 40-45 min. If you’re going to simply relax, then you havecome to the right place. Staff at the restaurant was also exceptionally nice...especially “May”. She was fantiastic!

Lovely resort with helpful staff. Loved the attention to detail and the memorable surprise at our check-in. The food is delicious and a must try.
