Comfort Inn & Suites Galveston Central Island near Pier

I booked for two Queen beds and upon arrival i was given a Queen bed and a fold out couch that had no sheets of pillows. When asked for them they told me to come get them. Angela was nasty and stated that if i had an issue to talk to someone about it.

The view and location was everything!!!

Staff wasn’t helpful. No options. Don’t take Apple Pay. Rooms had crumbs all over the floor. Sheets were clean. No soap in the shower.

Nice place to stay, easy access to the beach and bubba gumps. We don’t do rides but it’s a short walk to pleasure pier. You get a nice view of the beach from the balcony and can annoy the sea breeze. The breakfast was great had coffee and sausage with eggs.

Exemplary welcome and assistance from Karin. Service despite being (5) mins to 12 midnight she smiled. She made us feel like we were at "her" home and in today's climate, that made us feel REALLY good. We'll DEFINITELY return just to see her again.

Overall the place was orderly, on closer inspection the hallways need vacuuming Our room has debris from previous occupants in corners. Also the toiletries had not been filled hence no conditioner very little soaps and lotion.
