Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Stayed here to attend shows at BOK center. Venue is walkable during good weather. Parked in covered garage and used sky bridge to get back and forth to car. Easy parking situation and felt safe. Some restaurants within walking distance. Area attractions east drive from hotel (Spent a lot of time at Gathering Place and Riverside area as well as cheesy Rt 66 attractions.) staff friendly enough.

I loved the location. I was please with the room and the entire ambiance of the hotel. However, the internet was down when we arrived and never did get corrected. So unfortunately, I was unable to keep in contact with my work or my children.

Good room for the $$. Zero view, almost like a jail cell. The room was small but adequate. Room are only serviced every other day. Is that a trend?—downtown area is a ghost town on weekends. Without a car, you’re dead.- the staff was always helpful. . Free transportation to the airport during business hours. I’d stay again.

The place is full of history, the personnel took me for a tour to the 7th floor to admire the original look of the place as they kept this floor from its original contruction.

We had a room booked for the Madonna concert. Obviously we had to cancel. We canceled a week before the deadline and they still charged us. My wife called twice, forwarded the email proving the cancelation and they still didn't remove the charge. Luckily American Express is good to work with and now Courtyard can deal with them instead. Ridiculous

This was our second stay at this hotel due to its downtown location and walking access to a couple of restaurants we wanted to go to. It has good access to the highways and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is in an older office building so the lobby/check in is on the second floor. While there was a "valet" there at the entry, that's for luggage etc. assistance as parking is in the attached garage and you need to prepay it based on the length of your stay but in/out is free all day/night. The check in was smooth but the staffing is minimal. The rooms are on the 3rd through 12th floors and those floors are accessible using your room key in the elevator. Ice is on the even floors but I didn't notice or ask about filling stations for refillable water bottles. Our room, a double queen, hadn't changed much from the last visit two years ago. Large room but a little dated in it's decor but clean. We had good water pressure in the shower despite the sign asking for patience with the older pipes. The shower has the on-the-wall refillable shampoo/conditioner/shoer gel. There is a very small work out room and guest laundry. The restaurant/bar area is pretty large but services/hours there are minimal. The bar serves Starbuck's and a few of their products in the morning and just couple of things in the evening that are basically microwaved items. While they have liquor on the back bar, I was left wondering if they actually made drinks because when I ordered a glass of wine, I was offered choices of two pour mini bottles of wine vs. being able to order just a glass. If restaurant bar amenities are for you then this wouldn't be a good choice. There are both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and snacks for purchase by the check in area and I recall seeing a microwave. All in all, the hotel is clean, well kept and in a good downtown location.

Quick one night business stay. Did not need to be downtown so would stay elsewhere the next time.
