The parking is in a garage. It worked fine but don’t like going into parking structures at night by myself.

Very helpful check in process. You do have to pay $16 for parking in a garage that is connected to hotel. Very good deli on the first floor that serves a great reasonable breakfast. A great stay overall and I’m married to a hotel snob.

"Enjoyed being in Tulsa"

Location, historic building.

Got double billed because staff had not followed through with booking procedures. Room was cold, thermostat had to be changed by staff, lousy breakfast, parking convenient but expensive and not included with room, no services on holiday, limited service on holiday week.

Staff messed up the charges(alt payment method was requested upon checkin, was not honored), was not communicative about additional charges, and was unable to fix their mistakes - blamed Booking.com. To this moment the charges are not correct, and we checked out two days ago.

"Comfortable and clean"

I stayed here for work-related travel. The rooms are typical of Sheraton properties on the larger size. Everything was clean and it was in a good location downtown in a historic building. WiFi was decent. It's nothing special, but sometimes, that's all you need.

"Exceptional"

Parking is not free. No breakfast, no coffee. Room was bigger, bath room was so clean. Room had a mini refrigerator and no microwave.

"Areosmith concert canceled. We came anyway to a very nice room with good water pressure/temp. Was disappointed there"

The room was clean . Water pressure as well as water temperature was good.

We came to this property because of location to BOK as well as the breakfast. The concert was canceled/ we couldn’t cancel the room without penalty so we still came. Got up for breakfast (that WAS included with the price ) to find the ‘chef) is off on weekends and we would have to PAY for a breakfast sandwich! Shameful
