Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

The property was nicely maintained, but felt dated. The room was a bit musty and I irritated my sinuses to the extent it was difficult to sleep. Of course I didn’t realize this until half through the night.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I loved the downtown location and feel!

Was in town for a business trip with several colleagues. We had to get prior authorization for using a company card and not having that person with us but the hotel was easy to work with and made check-in smooth. This hotel was clean and quiet. There is a parking garage but it is not included with the hotel as it's through a 3rd party but it does have in and out privileges. Fitness area is small with about 4 machines but it gets the job done. Coffee bar in the lobby serves breakfast and coffee as an additional charge. I would stay here again and plan to for future work trips.\

It was near downtown where we wanted to visit.

Nothing inside the hotel was open. Not the bar, not the restaurant, and we had to wait for someone to come out and greet us at the front desk.

The staff was great

No toiletries like lotion, etc in bathroom. Two cups of coffee were $7. No room service. Very dissatisfied with the price

The only issue is finding parking. It just takes a bit as there were multiple events occurring. Yet the hotel itself, the staff, and the room were all excellent to enjoy for our stay,

I liked that it is within walking distance to the BOK.

That the price is high. The grill and other places are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Starbucks was closed Saturday afternoon. Actually the parking on site is not, in app. It said the cost was $12 and it was $18.

The room was modern and clean, the only problem was hot water availability.
