This property is under construction and I would wish I had known. Shouldn’t that have been disclosed? Also, the towels weren’t clean. I thought at first that one of the wash cloths was stained but instead it was dirty from the last person who used it which caused me to question the cleanliness of all of the linens.

"Horrible"

Room was dated, sofa was stained and dirty, pull out bed was flattened and stained. Wallpaper seams were splitting apart, shower leaked onto bathroom floor…in short, the room was unacceptable but we couldn’t be moved as there was no other available rooms. They brought a rolling bed to the room which, when laid on the floor, sagged so that it was completely concave in the center. It turns out it was broken in the back. A different cot was delivered. The televisions are so old they’re “burned” around the edges—white—which made them utterly unappealing. Finally the toilet broke—water was spraying from the top—and so we moved ourselves and our own large rollaway cot down two floors to a different room. I was told I’d be awarded points for the issues we experienced. I fully assumed they’d keep their word and didn’t check until almost a week later and behold—no extra points at all. Not one. I called, left a message for the assistant GM, and I assume was refused any points as none have appeared. For the life of me, I cannot understand why they want to treat customers so poorly. We will never again darken their door, and likely won’t visit another Courtyard again.
