Wonderful location and great staff. Parking is a headache but my recommendation is to use the Philtower Parking garage. Makes a world of difference!

The staff here was very accommodating, our clerk during check-in was really helpful. Her name is Joelle and I really want to thank her for all of her help. The shuttle service was great. All the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Tulsa. Thanks. Zeta ❤️

I asked for an extra pillow 3 times and never got it. The shower door wouldn't close properly. Housekeeping never came any of the days I was there to clean or make the beds or change the towels.

"It was fine."

It was convenient to restaurants and the BOK center, beautiful and unique.

There was a stain on the floor by the bed, the sheets were scratchy, almost starch feeling, the bathroom door had either rust on it or other bodily fluid, near the base of the door, which is 12 inches away from the toilet.
