Hoposa Hotel & Apartments Villaconcha

El hotel está muy cuidado, amplio y cómodo. Hay de todo. La habitación, apartamento para dos excelente. La cama, la ducha, una maravilla. Muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy bueno y todo el personal muy amables. Un buen hotel para descansar

Lo que no me gustó es que solo pudimos pasar una noche, pero volveremos. Solo decir que es un hotel de familias, para nosotros, ningún problema, y hay niños pequeños pero no se nota ningún tipo de ruido ni molestias

Comfy bed, good size bedroom balcony and bathroom. Super facilities for all age groups especially children. Great location. Friendly and polite staff. Really lovely food in the restaurant, great quality and presentation was fab.

Air con in the bedroom was a bit loud at night when sleeping. BBQ 3 nights a week instead of restaurants buffet.

Clean, nicely appointed hotel with friendly helpful staff and great facilities.

Having to pay for spa and pool. Steam room was scorching hot.

The hotel was really modern and clean and the facilities were brilliant for our 2 kids aged 3 and 6, particularly the inflatables. The ladies that ran the kids activities were lovely with the children too. The hotel had a really pleasant atmosphere, the room we were given was spacious enough for a family of 4 with a nice kitchen, bathroom and a lovely little garden. We could barely fault anything about our stay.

The only minor thing I could say is that every time we went back to the room for lunch the cleaner wanted to clean the room. It would be ideal if we knew what the cleaning schedule was so we could work around it.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Good air con. Comfortable bed. Good shower. The hotel decor is very nice and modern. The breakfast was very good with a great selection.

The kids pool had a green scum around the edges. No lifeguard on duty. The staff would not bring drinks down to the sun loungers. We had to go up to order and wait for a drink each time. I did ask the staff if they could bring down the drink to which they replied "no that I must wait". The hotel is nice but I don't think it's worth the price that we paid for it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to promenade. Good selection of breakfast choices. Swimming Pools to suit all age groups & clean sun-beds. Very good choice for kids.

Although the rooms were clean I would say they could do with an upgrade as they are a bit dated and small! The bed was old fashioned on wheels & pillows were not comfy. The hallway and lift area same very dated and not fresh. The lunch & dinner menu were standard. Some of the staff were not friendly although majority at breakfast were helpful. Good hotel but over priced in my opinion.
