The pool area was big and reception area was nice

Our balcony door wouldn’t lock, we reported this to reception and they “filed a report” no one ever came to check the door or fix it throughout our stay.. this left us with no option but to take all valuables with us everywhere we went which wasn’t very relaxing. The rooms was very out of date compared to reception and the linen was worn and had stains on them

Absolutely great hotel! As we stayed in multiple hotels durring our Mallorca trip, this one saved the reputation and standards of hotels & hospitality in our minds. Very good location, some parking options close to the hotel - difficult everywhere else. Close walk to the port - 8-9 min. Important - nice smell of reception, corridors and entering the room - smell of cleanliness & high standards. Very spacious, clean apartment room, everything was perfect. The gym area was amazing for a hotel, more than we expected, very happy! The breakfast best so far in Mallorca, compliments. All the staff looked happy to work there, bringing great energy. Price - service ratio = amazing. Great 10/10 !

Ich bin schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil mir die Lage und die Art des Hotels gut gefallen. Und es durch den Preis etwas ruhigere Gäste sind, obwohl es viele Kinder dort gibt-ich selbst mit meiner 9jährigen Tochter dort gewesen. Ihr gefällt der Sportpool auf dem 2x am Tag ein Wasserparcours aufgebaut ist. Zum Schwimmen ist er auch hervorragend geeignet. Frühstück ist ok, hatte 2x das Pech dass das vorbereitet Porridge sauer war-vermutlich vom Vortag- und die Churros waren auch manchmal zu lange frittiert, so dass sie innen Hohl waren. (OK gehört in die nächste Kategorie, was nicht so toll war). Alles in allem hat das Frühstück eine gute Auswahl, hatte in günstigeren Hotels, aber schon besseres Frühstück.

Engländer haben schon vorm Frühstück liegen für die ganze Familie reserviert, für jedes Kind, Oma, Opa, da waren oft einfach mal 5 Liegen reserviert, und gar niemand der Familie am Pool. Es kam vor, dass wir noch nicht mal eine Liege abbekommen haben und wenn dann eine in der Sonne zusammen mit meiner Tochter. Einmal waren wir 5 Stunden am Pool und die zwei mit Handtüchern belegten liegen waren die ganze Zeit unbesetzt. Die Leute waren am Strand und hatten sich für den Nachmittag schon mal Liegen am Pool reserviert. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sollten konsequent die Handtücher abräumen, wenn zu sehen ist, dass die Liege über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt wird. Zimmerservice ist ok. Aber oft wurden nur die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir die Handtücher immer aufhängten und gar nicht täglich neue benötigt hätten. Mir wäre es lieber gewesen, das Personal hätte die Haare auf dem Boden gefegt und nicht das Bett gemacht. Das Hotel ist ok, die meisten Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber ich erwarte bei dieser Preisklasse mehr.

Lapsia ei oltu huomioitu illallisella juurikaan, vaikka paikka muutoin on hyvin lapsiystävällinen. Henkilökunnan jutustelu keskenään ruokailun aikana oli välillä häiritsevää ja henkilökunta pyöri ja hyöri levottomaksi. Ruoka oli mielestäni parempaa edellisenä vuonna.

Lovely variety of pools - 3 paddling pools with different things for kids of all ages (e.g. 4 great kids slides, very shallow pool, shallow to deeper pool for practicing swimming, family pool, swimming training pool, inflatable obstacle course in pool. Staff great and amenable to needs/helpful with lost property. Particular mention to Alejandro and Arturo in the restaurant who were really friendly every mealtime to my 4 year old son which really made his day! Also special mention and thanks to April - the children's entertainment co-ordinator who had just started her job at the hotel but did a great job with making our sons feel at home, happy, and dancing!

There should be water machines in reception (not just for cyclists in the bike shed) so people can fill up their water bottles - it is not good that hotel guests do not have free and easy access to drinking water.

Lovely facilities, everything was clean and tidy. The pools were good sizing.

The air conditioning could’ve been better. We noticed it wasn’t cooling enough.

Excellent location and facilities! Bike shop on site makes it easy to store or rent a bike.
