Schoon en proper hotel ondanks de drukte en het eten was goed

Te veel klein kinderen en veel te druk in het restaurant

!!!English!!! We are still staying at the Iberostar in Crete with our family until May 18th, but we can already say that this is the best vacation we have ever had. The entire hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff — extremely attentive, professional, and very well trained. You can truly feel that they do not provide excellent service just because they expect tips, but because they genuinely care about cleanliness, hospitality, and the well-being of their guests. The hotel complex offers everything you could possibly need: multiple pools, a great pool bar, entertainment, a kids club, and wonderful evening shows for the whole family. Especially for families, this hotel is absolutely perfect. The food exceeded all our expectations. Nothing is being saved here — oysters, salmon, lobster, and many other high-quality dishes are available every day. Even though we only booked half board and not all-inclusive, it is more than enough. Our only small criticism would be that water or basic drinks during dinner could be included. We travel a lot around the world and have experienced many hotels, but this one has completely convinced us. Wir sind mit unserer Familie noch bis zum 18.05. Gäste im Iberostar auf Kreta und können jetzt schon sagen: Das ist der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Das gesamte Hotel ist unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Personal – unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und hervorragend geschult. Man merkt sofort, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht nur freundlich sind, weil sie Trinkgeld erwarten, sondern weil ihnen Sauberkeit, Service und das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Dieses Gefühl bekommt man hier jeden Tag vermittelt.

The food and resort were nice.

I was given the room 1200. The access was litteraly INSIDE the service stairs separated from the main hotel corridor by a fire door. The room was nice but its locatioin is.not normal.

Wyżywienie w bufecie było doskonałe. Iberostar Selection Marine jest hotelem bardzo przyjaznym dla dzieci - animatorzy i animatorki są fantastyczni. Pokój czysty i ładnie sprzątany - bungalows the best! Wycieczki organizowane przez mini train były ciekawe - urocze wioski, jaskinia, piękne widoki.

Iberostar Waves był zamknięty w dniu przyjazdu, a reklamowany aquapark nieczynny w czasie całego naszego pobytu - renowacje. Otrzymaliśmy pobyt w innym Iberostarze zlokalizowanym zaraz obok i o wyższym standardzie, ale brak informacji przed podróżą był ogromym zaskoczeniem. Na plaży przy hotelu była smoła i nasze buty są do wyrzucenia. Poza tym, dyskoteka na balkonie hotelu była słyszalna w całym obiekcie i dziecko nie mogło usnąć. Po złożeniu reklamacji brakuje odpowiedzi z hotelu. Pomieszczenie ze sceną w Iberostar Selection Marine trochę za małe jak na tak dużą ilość gości hotelowych. Jest tam duszno.
