Great hotel, very good service and fantastic location. The breakfast spread and food quality is good. Complete value for money

Positives: Good hotel, Fast & prompt service, Very good location, Clean and tidy, Big Rooms and Good breakfast Negatives: My room on ground floor had noisy background right from 6am in the morning as their restaurant was right next to my room, Hot water in morning was missing and had to call house keeping to get it started

Though, with a confirmed booking from expedia, Hotel staff didn't allocate me a room. They have left my family stranded in the hotel lobby. Even when protested about my sick son, they have never tried to help me out nor responded positively. They claimed that they have stopped taking bookings from expedia and they have gone to an extent of saying that expedia is cheating the hotel and customers. When asked about my confirmed booking, they said that I should deal with expedia and they haven't got any knowledge of my booking. I have called the expedia support and they talked to them for a while and after severe protests to both the parties, they suddenly said that their computer accepted the booking. Terrible staff and terrible behavior. They were in constant touch with their management and the management has the same mindset which is quite evident in my experience.

Overall good. Location wise it is very convenient.

Stayed for 3 days to attend a wedding in the area. Room was clean and location of the hotel was great. There are tons of stores in the area if you want to go shopping. The staff were friendly, and they responded to housekeeping requests right away.

Overall the hotel was OK, except for the location near a busy road and fly over. Public transportation into the city is somewhat complicated as well. This is a real pity, since the hotel itself is comfortable and the staff are professional and helpful.
