Holiday Motel Oakdale

This motel had excellent customer service!!! The room was clean, and we even got a free upgraded room. The pool was really clean as well. The front desk has been super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great with our stay here.

I would not recommend this property. I have never stayed at a place this bad. The floor had not been vacuumed, the room was disgusting, everyday me and my son woke up with new bug bites on our legs. Take a look at the pictures before you decide.

Worst location to ever stay at. We had to wait pass 5pm to get our room. Once we received room the water from the shower ran for over 1hr. Room was nasty! Wasn’t cleaned, vacuumed, no toilet paper, no towels. Sheets from bed were not changed, blood and yellow marks all over pillows and blankets. Also rooms were getting cleaned by people that were definitely on some type of drugs. Worst place to ever stay!

The room was awful! The heater unit was pulled away from the wall at least 6 inches, the carpet was awful and stunk, there was no towels, shampoo or any amenities at all. The toilet was appalling and we got our security deposit back and left. We didn’t even ask for a refund we just turned the keys in and left. The lady asked if there was a problem? I wanted to ask her if she would let her grandmother stay there? The property and residents were extremely scary!!!

We had a CONFIRMED reservation through Expedia and with the Motel personnel days before arrival, since we called to let them know we would be a late arrival. However, they day we were due, as we were driving on our way, we got a call that Expedia had overbooked the Motel and they had no room for us. We reminded them it had been CONFIRMED and they agreed and said they would get us a room at a different place, so we continued on our way and arrived at the Motel at 11:15 PM only to find it dark, locked and a note on the door with a contact phone number that was never answered We are a 77 year old couple in a rural town at 11:15 PM and no place to stay - stranded by assurances that the Motel staff would find a replacement room - we even gave them three other communities to check and checked with them three times and they said they were still working on it. But then, when we arrived NOTHING! Locked, lights off, no help, ghosting phone calls. So both Expedia and Holiday Motel did a HUGE DISSERVICE to us leaving us stranded!!
