Holiday Motel Oakdale

Staff were helpful in booking a hotel even though they were overbooked.

The room smelled like cigarettes, beds weren’t made to finish. The door didn’t lock.

Arrived at hotel at 11pm as we were only there for one night as we were doing a race the next morning, and our room wasn’t ready, we were told by some meth head that someone just stole the TV from the room we’d be staying in and we had to wait around for 45 minutes till the room was cleaned & ready. The shower was broken, the fire alarm was ripped off the ceiling. This place is a dump.

Cleanliness, value, staff very nice

Breakfast would have been nice. It said there was breakfast, but nothing mentioned at check in as to serving times and where.

The person next door was following me around I don't like that

I would definitely not recommend this place. The door didn't lock completely. And the maid is rushing you out the door at 1030am when check out is 11am. Very rude. They don't offer late check out either. They require a $40 deposit and you get that back when you check out.

No wash or face towels. Had to ask for refrigerator, no microwave. No tv channel quide.

I really like Holiday Motel. It is clean, comfortable and the staff were really nice. The young woman in the reception was very polite and the lady that clean the rooms is really, really nice and helpful. The only suggestion that I can give them is to upgrade the bath towels for a bigger size. There are very small.
