La persona que estaba en el recibidor no es amable las habitaciones olían mal, la piscina estaba sucia y para el desayuno lo único que tienen de comer es cereal y waffles

My stay was disappointing due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the hotel. The room had mold, rust in the bathroom, dusty outdated furniture, and wet carpet that made the room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The conditions also triggered my allergies. The internet was very slow, and the TV setup was confusing because it required multiple remotes just to watch cable. The pool area was dirty and still had debris left behind the next morning. The breakfast quality was poor, and I did not see the expected snack or mini mart area available. In addition, the exit door near my room did not work properly, so I constantly had to walk through the lobby to get back to my room. Outside, the grass was overgrown and the property looked poorly maintained overall. I did not report the issues during my stay because I was already tired and just wanted to rest. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and guest comfort.

Always clean and friendly staff, breakfast is ok

Wanted a bottle of water but None of the vending machines worked, the nice lady at the desk gave me one of her personal bottles of water.

The rooms were very clean. The location was great near the Boardwalk Kemah Boardwalk, and that’s where I was going.

I didn’t like their sign in sign out policy. If you try to sign in early, they’ll charge you $10 more you sign in late they’re gonna charge you $20. I thought that was a rip off.

Location was good.

Outdated. Microwave didn't work. Couch was dirty!!!
