Great location. Walking distance to Kyoto station and Shijo area. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Convenient location, kitchen was included, polite staff. Room was little worn out. Kitchen didn’t have kitchen towel or paper. Small bathroom.

Great price, good size for Japanese hotels.

Great stay , had booked 2 nights and extended to 3 , great location, right on the metro station 1 stop from Kyoto main station, 1/2 mile walk run to river and then river paths to Gion , theatre .very helpful staff ,kitchenette was great and great laundry room

The room was not cleaned very well and there was no ice machine.

The front door was closed at the midnight not like other hotel is 24hours open. It is a trouble for a new comer to check in who is delayed by traffic and all kinds of problems. We don't know how to open the door for check in.

Nice property. Have stayed here multiple times. Interior furnishings starting to feel a little dated. I don't remember the beds being so hard though. Also the pillows felt like deflated balloons. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel overall. Super convenient location. The robes were hidden in a drawer in the closet. Didn't realize until before we had to leave!

The room is quite large and comfortable. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The location is right next to a metro station and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Very good value.
