We stayed here for 1 night in the studio room which was really spacious but felt that the room was outdated and some of the furniture pieces like the couch and chairs could be upgraded. Was not as nice as some of the other 3 star hotels we stayed in Japan. Location is convenient as it is very close to Gojo station and a 7-11 is across the street. Staff were friendly and spoke very good English.

The staff, location and the room cleanliness are the gems of this hotel. I love how they maintain the kitchen tools and change brand new sponge. I definitely will stay here again!

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The rooms were quite disappointing and felt a lot older and not as luxurious as the photos suggested. The daily cleaning service was great and it was lovely to have a balcony.

"Perfect stay at Kyoto for 5 nights."

We were there for 5 night. Perfect place, 1 métro station from de central train station of Kyoto. It permet us to go out 2 Times easyly (Ikashi and Nara). That’s what we prefer when travelling . Convenient store too at thé door (food, fruits and 1 dollar store! ). Restaurants very near with good price (see photo!)There is a parc not far to be quiet we saw birds …
