Poor Cleanliness, dirty linens, yellow towels, broken fixtures, door looks unsafe, limited breakfast options.

I liked the size of the room, the jacuzzi tub, and the free breakfast. Also like that there is a bar on site.

The hair dryer did not work and nobody brought me a new one. There is a heat lamp in the room but it does not work. The bathroom door needs to be shaved as it is hard to open/close. The room door shakes everytime someone goes in/out of the main floor, side door so it freaks you out. Nobody offered to help with luggage up the staircase. Only 2 small bottles of water offered for room.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great, there was plenty to chose from.

Its not a didn't like but more of the room we were in needs to be upgraded. There was a moldy, closed up smell in the room. The pictures online didn't match the room we were in at all. The breakfast area was cramped when full. Hard to move around to get food.

Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. Beds were comfortable.

The walls are VERY thin. We didnt get any sleep due to partying neighbours. We tried to switch rooms on second night but none available.
