The staff was all very friendly.

There was a very unpleasant odor in our room as well as nail clippings on the floor. I had to go to Target to get Lysol spray.

It was not bad, some of the food was cold.

There wasn't enough variety of drinks,and the food wasn't that warm. We didn't like the fact that I was gone and my husband was in the bathroom when one of yall staff member came in didn't knock are anything . That was the first time that ever happen to us.

The building itself is very outdated and worn out. The AC unit in the room had missing pieces. The room just felt stuffy and dirty, even with the AC turned down. The mattress was bowed inward and almost felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The chairs in the breakfast area are coming apart. The staff however was very accommodating, offering an early check in, and were very understanding when we chose to check out after the first night of our two night stay.

Hotel is in very poor shape and is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our hotel room had an uneven floor that had low spots and what seemed like holes under the carpet. Carpet was also dirty and the hallways are also dirty. My brothers room had a clogged sink that wasn’t fixed while he was there. Choice hotels are getting worse and worse and I am a choice rewards member and I’m not sure I’ll continue using this brand due to the poor condition of their hotels. This hotel was no where near worth the high price. My brother almost paid $200 a night and it was barely worth $100.

Just one elevator. Room did not have enough lights.

Easy parking and the facility was well lit.

Close to highway.

This used to be the best in class in Waxahachie. That is definitely no longer the case. Our room had the absolute worst moldy mildew smell. So bad in fact we had to brew some coffee to help mask the smell. We had them come in and spray high strength air freshener and it was almost unbearable. The carpet was damp....disgusting. Just an awful place to stay. Too bad I can't post pictures of the smell. Honestly should be refunded at least half for the torture of having to breath the air in room 106 all night long.

Sink didn’t drain. Whole place smelled ‘musty’! Room smelled like a former smoking room. Everything is outdated. Definitely not worth the $220 I paid for the night. Only bright spot was the person taking care of the morning breakfast.
