Уже перед заселением с нами связались из отеля и уточнили предпочтения по комнате и рассказали, как лучше доехать. Общались на отличном английском, на ресепшене все сотрудницы также прекрасно понимали и говорили на английском. Нас заселили, взяли залог 300 юаней, все вернули. Сам номер очень приятный и имел все удобства, которые только можно представить: полноценную кухню с плитой, посудой, печкой, раковиной, большим холодильником. Был фен, все полотенца, шампунь и гель, все наборчики ванные. И что очень порадовало - наличие полноценной стиральной машинки и сушки, и даже порошка на одну стирку (мы смогли спокойно постирать все нужное после длинного путешествия). Также была гладильная доска, тапочки, сейф, питьевая вода. Нам очень понравилось. Сотрудница Келли на ресепшене помогла нам купить билеты на Базу по разведению панд со своего номера, спасибо ей большое, мы сами не смогли купить. Нас выписали из номера очень рано, в 5 утра и все это без проблем. Был выключен хороший завтрак: как азиатские блюда, так и европейские. Также действительно удобное расположение у отеля: мы возвращались из центра всегда пешком, гуляли вдоль набережной, очень удобно и близко и очень приятный район вокруг.

Nous sommes arrivés à 2 h du matin et une hôtesse à l'acceuil nous attendait.la chambre est plus que spacieuse, c'est un appartement avec cuisine et bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque matin, les lits sont confortables .Tout est parfait, même le petit déjeuner où il y a autant de sucré que de salé; on peut se faire cuire des gaufres fraîches nous même et les omelettes sont excellentes. La salle de billard,ping pong,baby foot est un plus, ainsi que la grande piscine et le sauna. Belle vue sur la rivière. l'hotel est au 3ème étage.

Our stay was unfortunately marred by two recurring issues. The air conditioning was inadequate throughout our stay — the centralised system could not be set below a certain temperature, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. We were initially offered only a portable fan as a workaround, and eventually had to move to a smaller room to partially manage the heat. No financial compensation was offered for this room downgrade. While the staff were responsive, it shouldn’t require a room change — let alone an uncompensated one — to achieve a comfortable sleeping temperature. The Wi-Fi also did not work during our stay, which was frustrating.

Fabulously sized room. My family loved staying here from the outset and I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. It’s also in a great location.
