Great location, very central, easy for the travel agents to pick you up. Very pretty area in the evening. Rooms are very comfortable.

The hotel has a fantastic location, with a metro station just a few meters away, making it super easy to get around the city.

Our first room on the 32nd floor was unfortunately very hot and muggy, as the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly. After we raised the issue, the staff responded promptly and offered us another room. We were moved to a room on the 24th floor, where the air-conditioning worked much better. However, the new room was not as clean as expected, which was disappointing. Another downside was the dryer, which did not function well. We specifically chose this hotel because we had an excellent experience staying at Somerset Chongqing previously, and as frequent travelers who pack light, having a reliable washing machine and dryer is very important to us. In comparison, this stay did not meet the same standard. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the service in the breakfast area could be improved. Items such as coffee cups, pancake batter, and eggs often ran out, and had to be requested before being replenished. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

Located at a walking distance from Tianfu square, and 5 mins from the nearest metro station; great also for DiDi pick up/drop off. Very bright apartment, including kitchenette and a washing machine! Comfy beds and very kind staff. They offered to buy a power bank on my behalf and got it delivered to me within an hour! Breakfast was mainly Eastern with a few sweet options (jam, waffles, bread).

Staff very friendly. Location was sublime. Walking distance to subway and mall. The stroll along this river at night is amazing.

The noisy room with the windows cracking all night and the latches where broken. Yes, we had a note by a bed side table, but very easy to miss.

The view, the room and the breakfast. The staff is supper helpful and had nice restaurant suggestions.

Compared to the online pictures the building interiors are relatively dated. I have to say when I saw the moquette at the elevator I was disappointed, but this does not apply to the room interior
